Idyllic Visions (“we,” “us,” “our”) is a brand of WebOriginations LLC, based in Ann Arbor, Michigan, USA. This policy explains what personal information we collect at idyllic-visions.com, why we collect it, and the choices you have.

Information we collect

Information you give us. When you order through our Etsy shop, Etsy shares with us the name, shipping address, email address and order details needed to produce and deliver your deck. When you contact us, we collect your name, email address and message.

Payment information. Payment for decks is collected by Etsy at Etsy checkout under the Etsy privacy policy. We do not see or store your card details.

Information collected automatically. Like most websites, we collect standard log and device data (IP address, browser type, pages viewed, referring site) and use cookies and similar technologies for site functionality and basic analytics.

Contact form. When you use the contact form, we receive your name, email address and message, and keep them only as long as needed to answer you.

Free readings. The free reading page keeps the cards you drew today in your own browser (local storage) so it can show them again. To see which decks and spreads people use, the site also records each reading with a random browser identifier, the deck and spread chosen, and the page that sent you. That record is not tied to your name or email address. Your IP address is used only briefly, in hashed form, to limit abuse.

How we use your information

We use your information to process and fulfill orders, arrange printing and shipping, communicate with you about your order, provide customer support, prevent fraud, comply with legal and tax obligations, and improve the site. We will only send you marketing email if you opt in, and you can unsubscribe at any time.

How we share your information

We share information only as needed to run the site and fulfill orders:

• Etsy: our sales channel. Etsy processes payment and shares with us the order details needed to fulfill your order.
• Superior POD: our print-and-ship fulfillment partner; receives the name, shipping address, and order details needed to produce and deliver your deck.
• Hosting and site services: DreamHost (hosting) and the plugins that run the site (e.g., WooCommerce, and SEO/analytics tools such as Rank Math and Google services where enabled).
• Brevo: our email service. If you join the newsletter or sign up through the free reading, your email address is stored with Brevo so we can send you the emails you asked for. Site email, including contact-form messages, is also delivered through Brevo.
• Pinterest: the site uses the Pinterest tag and Pinterest’s Conversions API to measure visits from Pinterest. This sends Pinterest information such as pages viewed. The Save buttons on the site also load a script from Pinterest. Pinterest’s use of this information is governed by its own privacy policy.
• Legal and safety: when required by law, or to protect our rights, customers, or the public.

We do not sell your personal information.

Cookies and analytics

We use essential cookies for site functionality, and may use analytics cookies to understand site usage. You can control cookies through your browser settings; disabling some cookies may affect site features.

Google Customer Reviews. This program applied to orders placed directly on this site before October 2026; current orders are placed on Etsy, which runs its own review system. For those earlier orders, buyers could opt in to a short survey from Google Customer Reviews. If you opt in, we share your order number, email address, delivery country and estimated delivery date with Google so it can email you the survey after your deck arrives. Google may place or read cookies and use similar technologies in your browser to run this program, and Google receives information about orders placed on this site. Google’s use of this information is governed by the Google Privacy Policy. You can manage cookies through your browser settings as described above.

Data retention

We keep order and transaction records as long as needed to fulfill orders, provide support, and meet tax, accounting, and legal requirements, then delete or anonymize them.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or receive a copy of your personal information, and to object to or limit certain processing. To make a request, contact us at the address below. We will respond as required by applicable law.

Children’s privacy

This site is intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 16. If you believe a child has provided us information, contact us and we will delete it.

We may update this policy from time to time. The “Last updated” date above reflects the most recent version.
