Where we ship
We ship within the United States and to Canada.
Shipping cost
- United States: free on all orders.
- Canada: flat rate of $10.00 USD at checkout.
Any applicable US sales tax is calculated at checkout. See Customs & duties below for Canadian orders.
Processing and production time
Our decks are printed to order by our fulfillment partner. Orders are produced and ship within 5–7 business days.
Delivery time
After your order ships:
- United States: delivery typically takes 10–14 business days.
- Canada: delivery typically takes 14–21 business days, as cross-border orders must clear customs.
Total time = production time + delivery time.
Customs & duties (Canada)
Canadian orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, or fees charged by Canadian customs or the carrier on delivery. These are the customer’s responsibility and are not included in the product price or shipping fee.
Tracking
When your order ships, we’ll email you a tracking number so you can follow its progress.
Delays
We work to meet the timeframes above, but production and carrier delays can happen. If we cannot ship within the stated time (or within 30 days if no time was stated), we will notify you and let you choose to keep waiting or cancel for a full refund, consistent with the FTC Mail, Internet, or Telephone Order Merchandise Rule.
Wrong address
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We’re not responsible for orders delayed or lost due to an incorrect or incomplete address, but contact us and we’ll help where we can.
Lost or damaged in transit
If your order arrives damaged or tracking shows it’s lost, see our Refund & Returns Policy — we’ll arrange a replacement or refund.
