Looking for returns? Our full Returns & Refunds Policy is on its own page. In short: you have 30 days from delivery to return an unopened deck, and anything that arrives damaged or wrong is replaced free.
Where we ship
Decks are sold through our Etsy shop, which ships within the United States and internationally. The shipping options and the estimated delivery date shown on the Etsy listing and at Etsy checkout are the ones that apply to your order. This page explains how the decks are made and sent.
Shipping cost
- United States: free on all orders.
- Canada and other countries: calculated at Etsy checkout by destination.
Any applicable sales tax is collected by Etsy at checkout. See Customs & duties below for international orders.
Processing and production time
Our decks are printed to order by our fulfillment partner. Orders ship within 1 to 2 weeks. Processing days are Monday through Friday.
Delivery time
After your order ships:
- United States: delivery typically takes 5 to 8 business days.
- Canada and other countries: delivery time varies by destination and is shown as an estimated delivery date on the Etsy listing. Cross-border orders must clear customs.
Estimated delivery date: Etsy shows one for your address before you order and again in your order confirmation.
Customs & duties (international orders)
Orders shipped outside the United States may be subject to import duties, taxes, or fees charged by customs or the carrier on delivery. These are the customer’s responsibility and are not included in the product price or shipping fee.
Tracking
When your order ships, Etsy sends you a tracking number, and you can follow the package from your Etsy purchases page.
Delays
We work to meet the timeframes above, but production and carrier delays can happen. If we cannot ship within the stated time (or within 30 days if no time was stated), we will notify you and let you choose to keep waiting or cancel for a full refund, consistent with the FTC Mail, Internet, or Telephone Order Merchandise Rule.
Wrong address
Please double-check your shipping address at Etsy checkout. We’re not responsible for orders delayed or lost due to an incorrect or incomplete address, but contact us and we’ll help where we can.
Lost or damaged in transit
If your order arrives damaged or tracking shows it’s lost, see our Returns & Refunds Policy . We’ll arrange a replacement or refund.
