We want you to love your deck. Because our oracle decks are physical products printed to order by our fulfillment partner, the terms below explain when we offer replacements and refunds.
Made-to-order products
Most Idyllic Visions decks are printed to order. Production begins shortly after you order, so we generally cannot accept change-of-mind returns once a deck has entered production. Please review your order before completing checkout.
Order cancellations
You may cancel for a full refund any time before your order enters production. Email us as soon as possible after ordering. Once printing has begun, the order can no longer be cancelled.
Damaged, defective, or wrong items
If your deck arrives damaged, misprinted/defective, or is not what you ordered, we will make it right. Contact us within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the issue (and the shipping box, if damaged in transit). We will arrange a free replacement or, if you prefer or a replacement isn’t possible, a full refund. You won’t be asked to pay return shipping for a defective or incorrect item.
Shipping delays
We aim to ship within the timeframe shown at checkout and on our Shipping Policy. If we cannot ship within the stated time (or within 30 days if no time was stated), we will notify you and give you the choice to keep waiting or cancel for a full refund, consistent with the FTC Mail, Internet, or Telephone Order Merchandise Rule.
Lost packages
If tracking shows your order is lost or stuck in transit, contact us. We will work with the carrier and our print partner to send a replacement or issue a refund.
How refunds are issued
Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method via Stripe. Please allow a few business days for your bank or card issuer to post the refund after we issue it.

- Your order number
- A short description of the issue
- Photos for any damage, defect, or wrong-item claim
We typically respond within 2–3 business days.
