Orders are placed through our Etsy shop. Returns and refunds on Etsy orders are handled through Etsy under the return policy shown on each listing, which matches the terms below. Any order placed directly on this site before the change is covered by the terms below as written.

Do we accept returns? Yes.
You have 30 days from the day your order is delivered to return an unopened deck for a full refund. If a deck arrives damaged, misprinted, incomplete, or is not what you ordered, we replace it free and you never pay return shipping. Orders are placed through our Etsy shop, so returns and refunds are handled through Etsy under the return policy shown on each listing, which matches the terms below. The details follow, and you can always message us through Etsy or email us at zara@idyllic-visions.com with a question first.
Returns: 30 days from delivery
Open a return request through your Etsy purchase, or message us on Etsy, within 30 days of the delivery date shown by carrier tracking. To be refunded, a deck must be:
- Unopened, with the shrink wrap or seal intact
- In its original box and packaging, in resalable condition
Once we approve your return through Etsy we send you the return mailing address. Please ship it back within 14 days of receiving that.
- You pay return shipping on a change-of-mind return. We recommend a tracked service, since we can only refund what arrives.
- There is no restocking fee.
- Shipping you originally paid is not refunded. Orders inside the United States ship free, so for most orders there is nothing to withhold. On international orders the shipping charged at Etsy checkout is not refunded.
Holiday returns
Orders placed between November 1 and December 24 may be returned through January 31 of the following year. Everything above still applies: the deck must be unopened with the seal intact, and you pay return shipping on a change-of-mind return.
Opened decks
Once the seal is broken we cannot sell the deck to anyone else, so an opened deck is not eligible for a change-of-mind return. Please open the wrap carefully if you think you might send it back.
This does not apply to a problem with the deck itself. If it is damaged, misprinted, or missing cards, it is covered below whether it is opened or not.
Damaged, defective, or wrong item
Message us through Etsy within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the issue, plus a photo of the shipping box if it was damaged in transit. We will send a free replacement, or a full refund if you would rather have that or a replacement is not possible.
You never pay return shipping on a damaged, defective, or incorrect item. In many cases we will not ask you to send it back at all.
Cancelling an order
Our decks are printed to order, and production usually begins within a few hours. You can cancel for a full refund any time before your order enters production, so please message us through Etsy as soon as possible. Once printing has begun the order cannot be cancelled, but the 30-day return above still applies once the deck reaches you.
Shipping delays
We aim to ship within the processing time shown on the Etsy listing and on our Shipping Policy. If we cannot ship within the stated time, or within 30 days if no time was stated, we will notify you and let you choose to keep waiting or cancel for a full refund, consistent with the FTC Mail, Internet, or Telephone Order Merchandise Rule.
Lost packages
If tracking shows your order is lost or stuck in transit, contact us. We will work with the carrier and our print partner to send a replacement or issue a refund. There is no cost to you.
How to start a return or a claim
Message us through your Etsy purchase, or email zara@idyllic-visions.com, with:
- Your order number
- Whether this is a return, a damage or defect claim, or a cancellation
- A short description of the issue
- Photos, for any damage, defect, or wrong-item claim
We reply within 2 business days with the return mailing address. Please do not ship anything back before you have that, because we cannot match an unlabelled package to your order.
How refunds are issued
- Refunds are issued through Etsy and go back to your original payment method.
- We issue the refund within 3 business days of receiving and inspecting your return, or of approving a damage or defect claim.
- Your bank or card issuer then takes roughly 5 to 10 business days to post it to your statement.
