These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of idyllic-visions.com (the “Site”) and any purchase you make from Idyllic Visions, a brand of WebOriginations LLC (“we,” “us,” “our”). By using the Site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms.
Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority where you live) to purchase from the Site.
Products and availability
We sell physical oracle decks and related items. Our decks are printed to order through a professional print partner. Product images are shown as accurately as possible, but colors and finishes may vary slightly due to screen settings and the printing process. We may update, limit, or discontinue products at any time.
Nature of the products — important
Idyllic Visions decks are reflective and creative tools. They are not a substitute for professional medical, psychological, legal, financial, or other advice, and they do not predict the future. You are responsible for the decisions you make. Use of the decks is at your own discretion.
Pricing and payment
Prices are listed in US dollars and may change at any time. Applicable sales tax is calculated at checkout. Payment is processed securely by Stripe; by paying, you authorize the charge and confirm you are permitted to use the payment method. Orders are not confirmed until payment is approved.
Orders
We may refuse or cancel any order — for example, due to suspected fraud, pricing errors, or product unavailability. If we cancel an order you’ve paid for, we will refund you in full.
Shipping, returns, and refunds
Shipping timeframes and destinations are described in our Shipping Policy, and cancellations, replacements, and refunds in our Refund & Returns Policy. Those policies are incorporated into these Terms.
Intellectual property
All content on the Site — including deck artwork, card meanings, guidebook text, names, logos, and copy — is owned by or licensed to WebOriginations LLC and is protected by intellectual-property laws. You may not reproduce, resell, redistribute, or create derivative works from our decks or content without our written permission. Your purchase is for personal use.
Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the Site, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, or use it for any unlawful purpose.
Disclaimers and limitation of liability
The Site and products are provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind except those that cannot be excluded under law. To the fullest extent permitted by law, WebOriginations LLC will not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site or products. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the amount you paid for the product at issue. Nothing in these Terms limits rights you have under applicable consumer-protection law.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Michigan, USA, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute will be handled in the state or federal courts located in Michigan, unless applicable law requires otherwise.
Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes take effect when posted, shown by the “Last updated” date above.
